Become a welder with 900 hours of hands-on training from Pennco Tech at our Bristol campus. We separate the welding program into two sections, Welding Fundamentals (450 hours) and Advanced Welding (450 hours). Students will learn a wide range of welding techniques in this program, such as:
- Plasma cutting
- Gas metal arc welding
- Shielded metal arc welding
- Flux core arc welding
- Gas tungsten arc welding
- Metal Cutting
Along with these different techniques, participants also will learn critical skills such as alloy and welding symbol identification, fabrication, and blueprint reading from experienced professional welders.
