Here, we explain our Girl Power initiative and how we support women as they train for successful trade careers.Setting a Standard in the TradesSince its inception, Pennco Tech has always actively supported women in the trades. \u201cAs a coed institution, our professional instructors welcome everyone and all of our programs have female enrollees,\u201d says Deborah White, executive director of marketing at Pennco Tech.Pennco Tech\u2019s Girl Power initiative encourages women of all ages to get involved in the trades.
