Director's Desk - Blackwood

How will we be making up the time we are missing while out of school?

When executive order 107 is lifted, Pennco Tech Blackwood will start classes with a make-up schedule ready to roll out. All material will be covered, and students will be prepared for the workforce.

Is there any work I can do online while school is closed?

Not at this time, however, we are looking into other opportunities and will update students at that time.

When are we coming back to school?

While we do not have a firm date to reopen, we are following the Governor and Health Department’s guidance and once approval to reopen is announced we will begin to schedule staff and students return accordingly.

How will we be making up the time we are missing while out of school?

The longer we have to remain closed will drive how we reschedule the missed class hours once we reopen. All class hours and attendance were locked as of Friday, March 13 so our restarting point will be from that date in your schedule TProgram/Term moving forward. We are hoping to get you back on Campus so we can complete your current Term to aline with the future start dates scheduled for you and new students after July 1, 2020. Remember to visit your student Portal daily and our webpage at penncotech.edu for our most up to date information. AND if you need help or have a question call the Bristol Campus @ 215-785-0111 M/F 8 am to 4 pm to talk to one of our staff members.
