In a hands-on learning environment, students enrolled in the program will learn from industry-experienced instructors and gain the skills and techniques necessary to become qualified diesel technicians. Through the 40-week program, students will gain experience in a variety of common repairs and tasks, such as:

• Diesel engine and heavy-duty truck preventive maintenance
• Fuel injector service
• Transmission, clutch, and driveline service
• MIG and TIG welders
• Air/hydraulic brake system service
• Emission system diagnosing and repair
• Truck and trailer lubrication
