These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Pennco Tech, operated by Pennco Institutes Inc. (“Pennco Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, applying for enrollment, or opting in to receive communications (including SMS messages), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Pennco Tech provides career-focused technical education and training programs at campuses in both Bristol, Pennsylvania and Blackwood, New Jersey. We also provide information and assistance related to admissions, enrollment, financial aid, and federal student aid programs, including Pell Grants.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. SMS & Text Messaging Terms (Marketing + Informational)

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, application forms, admissions process, or other communication channels, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Pennco Tech.
