A few days following Level-2 Installation Fundamentals certification, Rinnai’s master-certified instructors will come to Pennco Tech Bristol campus to spend an entire day providing on-site, hands-on training in servicing tankless hot water makers and boilers. Trainees who complete this practical training course earn the coveted “Rinnai Tankless Level-3 – Service Fundamentals” certificate.
