Sports fans, rejoice! Football is finally back, at both the collegiate and professional levels. After successful returns by the NBA, NHL, and MLB, football is the latest sport to return after the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the threat of the virus is still hanging over the season. Just look at the panic that set in across the league as the Tennessee Titans and the New England Patriots suffered a large-scale outbreak that triggered multiple games to be rescheduled.
The NFL’s struggles show that even seven months later, the COVID-19 pandemic continues to hang over us. Many people have been put out of work. Despite this, however, those working in the trades have been able to continue their careers — albeit with more safety guidelines in place. How did these workers get started in positions with such great job security? Through a Pennco Tech education, of course!
