Students will receive training in skills involving damage and repair and painting. This program focuses on panel installation, refinishing, frame straightening, and painting. You’ll see sparks fly when you work with TIG and MIG welding equipment and plasma cutters. Emphasis is placed on new tools, techniques, and processes in the field of auto refinishing.
Students will receive specialized training in both the mechanical workings and computerized components of a vehicle, including hybrid vehicles. With practical experience and a well-rounded curriculum, students will gain the knowledge regarding automotive theory and hands-on lab training.
As long as diesel cars and light trucks are on the road, technicians will be needed to maintain and repair them. This program prepares students to do just that, teaching the necessary skills and knowledge to become an indispensable member of a diesel automotive team.
Featuring an industry-recognized curriculum, this program is designed with courses that center on the hands-on skills and concept mastery that employers seek out most often in candidates. It also has a goal of readying students for electrician careers as soon as possible.
Known as HVAC&R, this trade is always seeking qualified individuals to repair and maintain heating and cooling equipment. Graduates can anticipate employment anywhere from businesses that serve residential homes to commercial shopping centers and even huge facilities like airports.
The future medical assistants in this program learn how to take medical histories, perform vital signs and EKGs, maintain electronic health records, use a digital pulse ox and centrifuge refractometer, to help ensure that healthcare facilities, like hospitals and doctors’ offices, run smoothly.
In as little as 6 months with an externship, you can graduate as a Pharmacy Technician. With employment opportunities at hospitals or pharmacies, or as a home infusion pharmacy tech, students in this program are readied to perform tasks such as:
As part of our comprehensive technical education, we offer specialized training in plumbing system tools and skills used for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems. Upon graduation, our alumni are poised to work as a plumber, pipefitter, or steamfitter with jobs taking them wherever this technology is in use.
